The First Batch was built on a simple idea: to create goods you can trust for years to come, while cultivating a community that values honest craftsmanship and handmade products that stand the test of time.

Founded by Pruthvi Chodisetty in October 2025, the brand began with a need for a single belt. What started as a personal project quickly grew into making pieces for friends and family, and eventually into a deeper passion for leatherwork and thoughtfully made goods.

Today, every product is made by hand by Pruthvi, from start to finish, in his home—one piece at a time. He works with Italian full-grain leather, chosen for its beauty, durability, and character.

No two pieces are ever truly identical. Each item is meant to feel personal, developing a unique patina over time. Leather goods are brought alive by you, they are meant to be used and reflect your life and your story.
