Shipping

Each belt is handmade to order. Please allow 12–16 days for your belt to be crafted and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping within the US.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order; therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted at this time.
If you ordered the wrong size, belt exchanges can be arranged. The belt must be unworn and returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada. We ship to Canada from the United States via DHL Express for a flat rate of $25 USD.

Our products qualify for duty-free import under CUSMA, but Canadian import taxes (such as GST/HST or PST) may be collected by the carrier at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not collect Canadian taxes at checkout, and DHL does not charge brokerage fees.
